Refund policy

Exchange Policy:

Purchased Items & Gifts can be exchanged within 20 days of date of purchase. The Gift should not be used nor opened, box should be sealed. If you'd like to exchange an item, kindly place your order through the website and let us know by call or message that it is an exchange order for the specific received item.

Exchange is not subject to free delivery charge 

Items Excluded From Exchange & Return Policy:

Big Volumed Items such as pools and outdoor playsets, and battery-powered ride-ons are not subject to return or exchange.

Black Friday & Discounted Items:

Discounted Item and Black Friday Products are not subject to exchange or return. You can only exchange with the same referenced item different color or size.

Return & Refund Policy: 

Purchased Items & Gifts can be returned within 20 days of date of purchase. The Gift should not be used nor opened, box should be sealed. The equivalent Product Price will be kept in your store account, to be used within one year. 

If you believe you have received a damaged item, or it has a manufacturer default, we get the item from your send it to the warehouse for examination, either fix, exchange or refund depending on the issue.
